DASHI SHABU-SHABU
A selection of cuts of Omi Daikichi beef, raised on our own farm. Beef-bone and shank consommé and plum-flavoured dashi bring out the character of each cut.
Served with seasonal vegetables and a variety of condiments and sauces. Our staff prepare the hot pot for you.
SUKIYAKI
Explore different cuts of Omi Daikichi beef through three styles of sukiyaki. The meal moves from Kansai-style seared sukiyaki to our sukiyaki sauce blended with beef-bone and shank consommé, then to a blend with Kyoto-style dashi. Each stage brings a different cut and seasoning.
Finish with a beef rice bowl and risotto. Our staff prepare the hot pot for you.
CHARCOAL-GRILLED STEAK
A kaiseki meal pairing different cuts of beef with seasonal ingredients, prepared in a variety of ways. The main course is Omi Daikichi beef steak, grilled over charcoal as a whole cut.
The beef is grilled and rested in stages, allowing the juices to settle for a tender, juicy finish. Choose fillet or sirloin.

Choose from five dishes, each available as a set meal or a kaiseki course.

Each kaiseki course includes the set meal, plus three cuts of cured beef (sirloin, round and kappa), a croquette and oxtail consommé.
SUKIYAKI HAMBURGER STEAK
A hamburger steak made with 100% Omi Daikichi beef, served with our special sukiyaki-style sauce. Tomato adds a fresh, tangy note, while a Ryu-no-Tamago egg from Oita Prefecture rounds out the dish.
SUKI-SHABU
Omi Daikichi beef served in Kyoto-style dashi with a hint of plum. Choose chuck roll for the sweetness of its fat, or misuji (top blade) for a balance of lean meat and marbling.
SUKIYAKI
Inspired by Shiga’s local sukiyaki dish, junjun, this combines our house sukiyaki sauce with red konnyaku, choji-fu wheat gluten and tomato. Choose chuck roll or misuji, served with Omi-grown rice and a rich, flavourful egg.
HITSUMABUSHI
Charcoal-grilled Omi Daikichi beef served over rice mixed with corned beef. Enjoy it three ways: first as it is, then with condiments, and finally with dashi poured over the rice.
ROAST BEEF
Omi Daikichi beef marinated in a soy-based sauce for 24 hours, then carefully roasted. Enjoy the changing flavours with condiments and our own sauce, finishing with dashi poured over the dish.
